I turned this episode off about halfway through. There were obvious questions begging to be asked, and anyone inquisitive enough would have asked them up front. Where does the money come from? Guest suggests advertising. He makes enough from advertising to make a living AND give away hundreds of thousands of dollars? Hogwash. Oh, but that's subsidized by "crowdsourcing?" Donkey crap. This follows a fantasy football model, and makes a huge portion of revenue from pay to play players, but you wouldn't know that from listening. Just Google Givling for comments and criticism. How is money routed to processor? What does the typical person "earn?" Must the "winnings" go to student debt? See, as I listened, this sounded more and more like a trivia site/app that you pay to play, and that has jackpots. The whole student loan thing sounds like a gimmick used to make a trivia gambling app sound altrusitic. The interview was sycophantic enough to make me wonder if you weren't compensated for the interview.

Hey Scooby, thank you for taking time to express your thoughts on this episode. You bring up some really good points and questions I definitely should have raised. For the record I have not been paid by any of my guests to be on the show and there are no affiliate links or anything of the like for this episode. I'll see if I can get back in touch with Givling and see if they'd be open to answering the questions you raised, which I think are valid. Sorry to disappoint, but I appreciate your feedback!
